My husband and I were searching for a place in the Stuart Florida area. Moving in from Puerto Rico, we were complete newbies to the area. We were lucky enough to be referred to Dave by the owner of our vacation rental. Being a real estate junkie, I had an agenda and a list of properties I wanted him to show us. Dave educated me via email as to the different types of properties found in the area. Once we arrived in Stuart, Dave picked us up at our vacation rental and promptly gave us an amazing tour of the area which at the time was more important that seeing any houses. Seeing my list he encouraged us to drive by to help evaluate the properties. Having done so, many were taken off the list! The next day we got to the refined list and saw 5 houses, one of which was a winner! A bidding war ensued and Dave talked us through it! We closed on the house but within a few days had to leave the area to be closer to family because of the virus. We had scheduled a delivery and Dave was kind enough to meet the delivery guy and send us a photo! He has even checked up on us to see how we are. We look forward to finally spending time in our new home when things settle down and hopefully taking Dave and his wife out to dinner! We have used many realtors and I am pleased to highly recommend Dave!
