Martin County’s Park and Recreation Department is pushing a great agenda: spend more time outdoors.

Even though we live here, are we taking advantage of our area? Walking our pristine nature preserves and taking in stunning sunrises? This new program at Phipps Campground incorporates both.

ADVENTURE PLATFORM TENTS
“What experience can be more magical than sleeping outdoors and under the stars? New in 2020, Phipps Park Campground now has 19 new waterfront Adventure Platform Tents!

Enjoy waking up to the sights and sounds of nature in one of the most beautiful campgrounds. Just bring your pillow and sleeping bag and we’ll provide the tent. Our tents have insect protection screens, sturdy canvas, and all sites open up to a view of the water. You can also grill at your site and have your own campfire”.
